Hi, I'm Rebecca 👋

I'm an instructional designer skilled in creating effective, efficient, and beautiful learning experiences.

As a lifelong learner, I am happy to have recently completed a master's degree in instructional design and technology with a 4.00 GPA. I am an experienced instructor and I have always been fascinated by how people learn. I enjoy traveling and am lucky to have lived in 5 countries.
Through my experience and education, I have developed an innate understanding of how people learn. I enjoy applying this skill in my work as an instructional designer to identify and solve problems. I chose instructional design as a profession because it challenges me to continue to learn new skill sets. It has proved to be the perfect outlet for my analytical, design-obsessed brain. I am always learning new skills and am well-versed in the tools of the trade including Articulate Storyline, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, and Vyond.

Accessibility and the principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) are central to my design process. Adherence to these principles is not only important for ensuring inclusion but also for creating better learning experiences for everyone.

In my free time, I enjoy the outdoors, arts and crafts, and the not-so-occasional deep dive into a random topic.
